Soda Streams are probably the most nostalgic household item from the 1970's and 1980's. Nearly every household had one of these before Fizzy Drinks were freely available like they are now.

The Soda Stream works by forcing Carbon Dioxide from the Cylinder into the bottle with water inside making this fizzy. You were then able to add one of many Soda Stream Flavours into this to give you a flavoured fizzy drink.

When the Soda Stream was most famous, famous brands were creating Soda Stream Flavours such as Irn-Bru, Tizer, Sunkist and Fanta as they saw a great way to make money. As well as famous brands being involved the Soda Stream had a very catchy advertising campaign with the slogan "Get Busy with the Fizzy".
