Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 7pm Monday to Friday will be packaged and dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday's will be dispatched the following Monday. Dispatch dates will change in the instance of a national bank holiday.

As collectors we understand the importance of packaging your order appropriately so it arrives with you as it leaves us, all orders will be sent in strong outer shipping boxes with plenty of internal packaging.

Free orders on all UK orders Royal Mail 48hr Tracked
International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed where available.

We reserve the right to amend the delivery courier at any time without prior notice.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in packaging your item so do not anticipate your order to receive any damage but we also understand things do happen so in the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email describing and if possible providing photographs of the damage. After reviewing your case we will either instruct you to return the item to us or keep the item before issuing your refund, if you are asked to return the item you will be provided with the postage label and packaging to do so. Refunds and returns will not be processed for damage already described or photographed on the original website listing before purchase. We ask you to allow 5 working days for your refund to arrive back to your original payment source, though it's usually a lot sooner.
